At Continuum, Jennifer is a Principal Digital Strategist leading the Digital practice in the LA studio. Working from the macro level of the evolving digital and technological landscape, to the micro level of individual user needs and behaviors, Jennifer identifies strategies and solutions for diverse businesses.
Prior to joining Continuum, Jennifer was VP Managing Director at R/GA in NY, where she led a multi-disciplinary team to design and develop the Nike Digital Sport products and services – notably Nikeplus and the Nike Fuelband. From this work, she developed a product innovation practice capability and led a range of client work - from small hardware startups to established CPG companies. While at R/GA, Jennifer’s work received all major industry awards, notably the Clio, One Show and Cannes Titanium. Jennifer was also a mentor in R/GA’s first co-venture with Techstars to create an accelerator for connected devices.
Jennifer’s background is in writing – with a BA in English and Journalism from New York University and Master’s degree study in Literary Theory at City College
